It's been an crazy busy start to the year and it's about to get even more insane. Here's a look back at 25 properties I've staged all over the metro in the past 4 months. I was contacted back in April by a homeowner who lived out of state but had a property in Johnston, Iowa. The homeowner worked hard to get the home market ready were talking - gallons of paint, lighting updates, stuff removal and a deep cleaning. I was contracted to stage the living room, kitchen, entry, dining room and master suite. I also advised on paint colors, lighting updates and kept her updated on the progress of the home over the 90 days it took to get the home market ready.
